Why are market appraisals required?
There are often many reasons that a Property Owner will need a market appraisal – most usually if you have invested in property via your Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF).In this case you’ll no doubt be aware that there is a requirement to submit an appraisal of the property every 3 years with your financial audit in line with legal requirements.
What is our turnaround time-frame?
Our reports are comprehensive, well researched reports which are over and above far more in-depth than a simple system produced report. Due to this and also depending on the property, they can take a lot of time to complete. Processing times are variable depending on how many appraisals we have in progress already prior to enquiry. From receipt of all information requested, our standard processing time is roughly 10 working days. This may be less, it may be more but we will endeavour to advise you when you enquire.
Do we do both Commercial & Residential Appraisals?
Simple answer – yes we do.
