Ever since COVID, the office space has seen some major adjustments – for a while, we saw empty office spaces while staff worked from home.
Since then, companies have been evaluating what works for them, and what works for their staffing as well. One of these queries is whether the staff actually need to be in the office.

Every company is different – some thrive on the community environment, while others have found productivity helps without distraction. This is also dependent on home life for everyone of course.
