Gordon Poole

With an enthusiasm for the Industry knowing no bounds, Gordon is a logical, thorough and passionate thinker, where his first priority is always his clients. Gordon has extensive experience including operating as a Hotel / Motel broker throughout Queensland for an internationally recognised agency. In addition to this, Gordon worked for the Commonwealth Bank for over 14 years, throughout a number of roles including lending. This has given him a fantastic understanding of what is necessary for property & business purchases alike. Gordon has been fortunate enough to own his own business as well, from hotels in Rockhampton, Nimbin & Murwillumbah (where he was the number one licence holder in QLD), as well as being the owner/operator of Gold Coast Signs.

Mark Osmond

Mark has been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 2002, and specialises in Commercial and Industrial Sales & Leasing, Investment Sales, Land Acquisition and Property Development Sites.

As a local agent residing in North Gold Coast / South Brisbane area, Marks knowledge & passion for the area along with his experience in the industry gives him the knowledge and ability to provide quality service for his clients.

Mark prides himself on his honesty & integrity, which are the cornerstones for successful agents – these traits combined with Mark’s excellent levels of consistency have allowed Mark to succeed in his role as a commercial real estate agent. Prior to moving into Commercial Real Estate, Mark enjoyed a range of different roles which have led him to his current position today. Starting out as a Chef, Mark worked in Hospitality for 15 years in New Zealand and Australia.

Mark holds a Bachelor of IT from Griffith University at Nathan Campus and enjoyed a role with the Queensland Government for 7 years in Web Development, Project Management putting together Multi-Million dollar Tenders. Mark developed his interest in Real Estate and worked in Residential Sales with Harcourts. He went on to work for Development Group Kaizen for 2 years specialising in Land Acquisition and then moved into Commercial Real Estate in 2007 with Raine and Horne Commercial.
