ASHLEY HOLMES
Property Manager
Teamwork and organisation, and the ability to problem solve, all while maintaining a strong and steady composure – all traits that Ashley excelled in during his nine years in the Australian Army, and subsequent twenty seven years within the Australian Police Force.
Having a keen interest in property, Ash began his real estate training in 2008 with the view to move into the industry for his next work adventure, and commenced working part time as a residential sales consultant.
He attended training with the prestigious Institute for Luxury Home Marketing in Miami, Florida, and is internationally qualified to assist with management of luxury high end properties.
But his curiosity didn’t just stop there, and with a keen passion to explore all aspects of property, Ash made the foray into Commercial Property Management in 2019. Here is where his attention to detail, dedication and ability to problem solve really shone.
Within his role as a property manager, Ash provides our clients & tenants with a balanced and fair management service, ensuring all aspects of any situation are well considered and managed to the best possible outcome of all parties. Adhering to the requirements under the lease documentation is a passion of his, having also completed a period of legal training.
Our clients satisfaction is paramount to Ash’s role, and forms an integral part of his make up. A happy client is indeed the most satisfying outcome of all.
In his spare time, Ash enjoys spending time with his family, creating and baking!
