in business management, customer relations, and financial stewardship. This experience gives him a valuable perspective on the commercial property landscape from a business owner’s viewpoint, allowing him to assist in
tailoring solutions that align with tenant needs.
Before joining the real estate industry, Berhane gained diverse experience in IT and mining. His three years in IT support honed his problem-solving skills and technical acumen, ensuring smooth operations and attentive service delivery. Additionally, his role as a logging engineer in the mining sector provided him with practical knowledge in compliance, safety standards, and project
management.
With a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Electronic Engineering and various industry certifications, Berhane brings strong analytical and technical skills to the team.
He’s passionate about supporting clients as they navigate the commercial real estate market, offering insights on investment opportunities, market trends, and property management strategies.
