Cheryl lives and breathes Property Management and in particular commercial property. From retail to office and industrial, there is not a single type of management that Cheryl hasn’t been involved in during her time in the industry.
Quality asset management comes from the people who have a passion for the role, and Cheryl’s highest priority is to ensure a smooth, seamless running of our clients investments.
With a keen understanding of ensuring the best possible outcome for each scenario, Cheryl excels in her communication with our clients and customers alike – ensuring clean and clear information is covered for all parties.
Known for her Industry Knowledge, her attention to detail and her ability to handle all aspects of negotiation, from the initial lease to arrears management, Cheryl is an excellent asset for the team.
